Management Team

Heather House:
Director is responsible for finance, invoicing and funding, date protection, compliance, statutory guidance .
Qualifications: Qualified and Registered Nurse. Director since August 2009

Mel Bennett:
Manager and Inclusion Co-ordinator, is responsible for the curriculum delivery and implementation, safeguarding, nursery management, ratios and staffing, date protection, compliance, statutory guidance, staff training and development.
Qualifications: Foundation degree in Early Years. Joined Rydal in 2011

Sam Sims:
Deputy Manager and Senior Early Years Practitioner to Pre-School. Responsible for our Charity events and fund raising and student placements and bringing learning to life for all children. Sam is also responsible for Health and Safety, Fire Safety, risk assessments and policies supporting with Safe Guarding and the nursery running.
Qualifications: Level 3 in Child Care. Joined in 2013

Sheena Thomas:
Senior Early Years Practitioner to Jolly-Tots and key person. Makaton Co-ordinator for the nursery and responsible for our Charity events and fund raising and bringing learning to life for all children.
Qualifications: BA Hons degree in Early Years. Joined in 2016

Bessie Williams:
Senior Early Years Practitioner to Tweenies and key person. Makaton specialist responsible for bringing learning to life for all children.
Qualifications: 2nd Year of Early Years degree and Level 3 Child Care. Joined in 2017

Sally Haines:
Early Years Practitioner, Key Person responsible for bringing learning to life for all children. Sally is responsible for our nursery gardens.

Debbie Burton:
Early Years Practitioner and Key Person responsible for bringing learning to life for all children. . Responsible for role play resources and Communication and Language Co-ordinator.
